1000 block of Hyde Drive: Someone entered a vehicle and stole items. The suspect also stole property from the victim’s garage.
May 25
Overnight in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone forcibly entered a building and stole items.
4 a.m. in the 500 block of Corliss Way: Someone stole items from a vehicle.
10:40 a.m. in the 700 block of Loyalton Drive: Someone used the victim’s account and attempted to charge items.
6:35 p.m. at Bascom and Campbell avenues: A driver was stopped and found to be DUI. A loaded .357 handgun was located in the vehicle. The suspect also had a suspended driver’s license.
Overnight in the 200 block of Railway Avenue: Someone pried open a garage door and stole items.
12:50 a.m. in the 300 block of West Campbell Avenue: Two suspects entered a vehicle and stole items.
2:15 a.m. in the 10 block of West Campbell Avenue: Officers responded to an alarm. The suspect was located hiding in a corner and apprehended. He was in possession of several items taken from the building.
5:07 a.m. in the 10 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Officers responded to an alarm and located a smashed window. The building was cleared.
May 26
5:59 a.m. in the 600 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man was located sleeping inside a business when employees returned to work.
Overnight at Hardy and Campbell: A vehicle was stolen.
Overnight in the 400 block of Virginia Avenue: A vehicle was stolen.
Midnight in the 2000 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone was seen drilling a hole in the gas tank of a company vehicle and siphoning gas.
3 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone stole items and damaged windows.
12:18 a.m. in the 500 block of Railway Avenue: Someone drove off after colliding with the vehicle in front of them, causing minor damage.
May 27
Overnight in the 400 block of Shamrock Drive: A vehicle was stolen.
Overnight in the 200 block of Superior Drive: Someone stole car parts off a vehicle.
10:30 p.m. in the 600 block of West Parr Avenue: Someone was observed looking over a fence and watching the victim through their windows. The victim reported seeing this same person multiple times. The suspect couldn’t be located.
May 28
Overnight in the 300 block of California Street: A vehicle was stolen.
Overnight in the 400 block of Calado Avenue: A vehicle was broken into and items were stolen. The victim’s credit cards were used.
10:13 a.m. in the 100 block of East Sunnyoaks Avenue: A man was involved in an argument and grabbed a machete, swinging it in an angry manner. The suspect was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself, and in possession of the machete. He was arrested and booked into jail.
Overnight in the 900 block of Hazel Avenue: Two vehicles were broken into and items were taken.
Overnight in the 700 block of Sharmon Palms Lane: Someone went through a vehicle and took items and personal ID information.
4:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of Sonuca Avenue: A man, 54, confronted two people. When one person tried to talk with the suspect, he said he was going to grab his wife’s gun. The suspect returned holding a folding knife that was opened. He fled once police were called. The knife was located in his vehicle, parked in the driveway.
2:32 p.m. in the 3000 block of Cadillac Drive: An officer located a vehicle stolen from Shamrock Drive.
2:46 a.m. in the 10 block of South San Tomas Aquino Road: Two suspects jumped the fence and stole unknown items.
May 29
100 block of Michael Drive: A catalytic converter was stolen off a 2020 Toyota Prius.
10:04 a.m. in the 900 block of Michael Drive: A white 99 Isuzu Rodeo stolen out of San Jose was located.
2:40 p.m. in the 400 block of Shamrock Drive: A gray Trek road bike was stolen.
8:04 p.m. at Hamilton and Bascom avenues: A 2011 utility trailer was left on the side of the road. It had been reported stolen out of San Jose.
4:47 a.m. in the 300 block of North Third St: Someone broke the west window to a business. Police responded to a silent alarm and located the damage. No entry was made.
May 30
12:53 p.m. in the 00 block of West Campbell Avenue: A man, 58, was waving a metal bar and circling a vehicle in the parking lot while agitated. The suspect was found to be under the influence and arrested.
1:57 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Winchester Boulevard: A suspect wearing a blue bandanna over his face brandished a handgun at the reporting party during a road rage incident. The suspect was driving a black Chevy Impala with tinted windows. A high-risk stop was initiated but the suspect fled. A pursuit ensued and was eventually terminated on Highway 17 near Lark Avenue.
Overnight in the 40 block of West Latimer Avenue: A red 1988 Honda Civic was stolen.
1:23 a.m. at Rincon and Salice: A 1994 red Honda Civic stolen out of San Jose was located.
May 31
6:30 p.m. in the 200 block of West Hamilton Avenue: The suspect threw a full wine bottle at the victim during an argument. The suspect also pushed the victim down. The suspect fled prior to PD arrival.
9:19 p.m. in the 1000 block of Almarida Drive: Four juveniles were witnessed gaining entry. The group was located in the area, and all fled into backyards. All were eventually located after a search and taken into custody. Following an investigation, it was determined that the group had gained entry into an unlocked vehicle and rummaged through it without taking anything. One suspect was found to be in possession of shaved keys and refused to give his address or parental information; he was booked at Juvenile Hall.
1:32 a.m. in the 200 block of Watson Drive: The victim heard his white 1998 Chevy pickup work truck start outside his house and watched the suspect drive it toward Hamilton Avenue. A vehicle stop was attempted at Third Street and Latimer Avenue, but the fled at a high rate of speed, turning eastbound on Hamilton Avenue, and was not pursued.
Overnight in the 00 block Waterford Court: Two packages were stolen from a front porch.
