Burglary: On Jan. 13, an unknown suspect forced open a door and took two mountain bikes in the 600 block of Regas Drive.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: On Jan. 13, a 45-year-old was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe near West Hamilton Avenue and San Tomas Aquino Road.
Grand Theft Auto: On Jan. 13, an officer located a vehicle stolen out of San Jose in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue.
Burglary: On Jan. 14, an unknown suspect entered a residence in the 700 block of Union Avenue and ransacked two rooms.
Assault: On Jan. 14 in the 500 block of West Hacienda Avenue, a 29-year-old attacked a 22-year-old with a piece of glass, causing facial cuts. The victim had confronted the suspect about alcohol and drug use around her children. The suspect was released for necessary medical attention.
Possession, Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance: On Jan. 14, a 23-year-old walked up a driveway and attempted to open a gate secured with a padlock. The suspect was contacted nearby and was found to be under the influence of cannabis and Xanax, and in possession of Xanax.
Auto Burglary: On Jan. 15, an unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole tools in the 400 block of Kuehnis Drive.
Grand Theft Auto: On Jan. 15, an unknown suspect stole a white 1997 Chevrolet pickup truck with a Diamond plate tool box in the 900 block of Dell Avenue. All the truck’s keys were accounted for.
Fraud: On Jan. 15, an unknown suspect opened a credit account using the victim’s personal identity information in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue.
Possession of a Controlled Substance, Drug Paraphernalia: On Jan. 15, a 31-year-old was found to be in possession of heroin and paraphernalia in the 900 block of Ravenscourt Avenue.
Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance: On Jan. 15, a suspect came into the police department on North First Street to report a disturbance in his camp. The suspect was found to be under the influence of methamphetamine.
Auto Burglary: On Jan. 16, six vehicles had windows smashed, and property was taken from two of them on Gale, Darryl and Marathon drives.
Grand Theft Auto: On Jan. 16, an officer located a 1988 Honda Civic near Kamson Way and Sunberry Drive that was reported stolen out of San Jose on Jan. 13.
Auto Burglary: On Jan. 16, an unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole items in the 200 block of North Central Avenue.
Possession of a Controlled Substance Drug Paraphernalia: On Jan. 16, a 42-year-old was contacted on Camden Avenue and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe.
Driving Under the Influence: On Jan. 17, a 43-year-old collided with a pole downtown and was riding on one tire. The suspect was contacted and found to be driving under the influence near Railway Avenue and Orchard City Drive.
Assault: On Jan. 17, a 44-year-old was in a physical altercation with a victim in a domestic violence incident in the 200 block of Echo Avenue. A second victim broke up the physical altercation, and a second suspect choked and threatened the second victim.
Possession of a Controlled Substance, Drug Paraphernalia: On Jan. 18, a 41-year-old was stopped for a vehicle code violation. During the contact, an officer saw a loaded AR-15 in the front passenger compartment, which the suspect was trying to conceal. The suspect was taken out without incident during the high-risk stop near Campbell and Union avenues, and was found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. The suspect was also under the influence.
Property Damage, Burglary: On Jan. 19, an unknown suspect cut a hole in in a laundry room wall, gaining access to a vacant apartment in the 100 block of Wilton Drive. A neighbor who takes care of the property found a male sleeping inside today.
Grand Theft Auto: On Jan. 19, an unknown suspect broke into a work vehicle and stole items, including the keys to the victim’s personal vehicle. The suspect then stole the victim’s gray 2009 Toyota Tacoma in the 600 block of West Sunnyoaks Avenue.
Theft: On Jan. 19, an unknown suspect cut the catalytic converter out of the victim’s 2005 Toyota Prius in the 1000 block of Ravenscourt Avenue.
