Event cancellations
In accordance with recommendations from the Santa Clara County Public Health Department regarding the Coronavirus, the Los Gatos Library has cancelled all in-person programs, classes and events through March 31.

Also on the COVID chopping block is the March 25 screening of Frank Capra’s “Lost Horizon” at the Los Gatos Senior Center. The screening was to be part of the center’s Classic Film Series.
CASA board members needed
Communities Against Substance Abuse (CASA) is looking for board members committed to helping local youth lead safe and healthy lives. CASA’s programs and resources provide assistance to Los Gatos schools, parents, community leaders and local agencies helping elementary through high school students make healthy choices.

Affordable art
JCO’s Art Haus has extended its Affordable Art Show to Thursday-Sunday, April 30-May 17. Artists offering their works include Alan Mazzetti, Shannon Amidon, Katie McCann, Stephanie Dunkle, Susana Arias, Fernanda Martinez, Maralyn Miller, Fuzz E. Grant, JJ Renzel, Syd Dunton, Beka Brayer and Kendra Morrison.
JCO is located at 805 University Ave. Opening weekend hours for the art show are April 30, 4-9 p.m., May 1-2, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and May 3, noon-5 p.m.
